To turn on the any-CUTII machine, follow these steps:

1. Power ON:
   • Chiller and Dust Collector: Ensure that both the chiller and dust collector are turned on before proceeding.
2. Main Power:
   • Switch On: Turn on the main power switch of the any-CUTII machine.
3. Emergency Button (EMO):
   • Release: If the Emergency Button (EMO) is pressed, release it by turning it clockwise until a clicking sound is heard.
4. Control Panel:
   • Press <RESET>: On the control panel, press the <RESET> button to ensure the system is ready.
   • Press <ON>: After resetting, press the <ON> button to power up the machine.
