"To replace the circuit board (PCB) in the ANY-002 printer, the following tools and procedures are required:

Tools Required:

1. No. 2-200 Magnetic Driver: For handling screws of 3-5mm.
2. No. 3-100 Driver: For general use.
3. No. 5-200 Driver: For general use.
4. Digital Multimeter: For checking electrical connections.
5. Combination Pliers: For gripping and cutting wires.
6. Handy Cleaner: Specifically for toner, to clean the area.
7. E Ring Pliers: For detaching E rings.

Procedures:

1. Power Off and Disconnect:
   • Switch off the printer and disconnect the AC power cord and interface cables. Ensure the earth wire is disconnected from the earth terminal.
2. Disassemble the Printer:
   • Follow the proper disassembly procedure to access the PCB. Do not remove parts that are not shown in the replacement procedure.
3. Remove the PCB:
   • Carefully remove the connectors attached to the PCB. Use the specified drivers to unscrew and remove the PCB from its position.
4. Install the New PCB:
   • Place the new PCB in position and secure it with screws. Reconnect all connectors to the new PCB.
5. Reassemble the Printer:
   • Reassemble the printer by following the disassembly steps in reverse order. Ensure all parts are securely in place.
6. Reconnect Power and Test:
   • Reconnect the AC power cord, interface cables, and earth wire. Switch on the printer and perform a test to ensure the new PCB is functioning correctly.
