[ANY-002]What should be checked when a sensor detection error occurs?

When a sensor detection error occurs in the ANY-002 printer, the following checks should be performed:

  1. Sensor Signal Detection:
    • Confirm that the sensor signals are normally detected by using the SWITCH SCAN function of the self-diagnostic mode. This will help verify if the sensor is functioning correctly.[3]
  2. Sensor Lever Operation:
    • Check the shape and movement of the sensor levers for any abnormalities. Ensure that the levers are not stuck or damaged.
  3. Connection Cables:
    • Inspect the connection cables for any signs of damage, such as pinching or peeling. Ensure that the cables are properly connected and not loose.[4]
  4. Sensor Condition:
    • Check the condition of the sensor itself. If the sensor is defective, it may need to be replaced.[1]
  5. Relay Board and Connections:
    • Verify that the relay board and the sensor are normally connected. Check the connections at the RELAY connector of the CU/PU board.[1]
  6. Power Supply to Sensors:
    • Ensure that the correct power voltages are supplied to the sensors. Check the power voltage at the relevant connectors.
