[ANY-002]What precautions should be taken when replacing the low-voltage power supply?

When replacing the low-voltage power supply in the ANY-002 printer, the following precautions should be taken:

  1. Risk of Electric Shock:
    • There is a risk of electric shock during the replacement of the low-voltage power supply. Use insulating gloves or avoid direct contact with any conducting part of the power supply.
  2. Capacitor Discharge:
    • The capacitor may take one minute to complete discharge after the AC cord is unplugged. Be aware that there is a possibility that the capacitor doesn't discharge due to a breakage of the PCB, so exercise caution to avoid electric shock[1][4].
  3. Power Disconnection:
    • Remove the AC cord and the interface cable before replacing the parts. Ensure the power switch of the printer is turned off ("O") and disconnect the AC insertion plug from the AC power source[1][5].
  4. Earth Wire:
    • Disconnect the earth wire from the earth terminal of the AC power source outlet.
  5. Proper Tools:
    • Use the specified maintenance tools for the replacement procedure.
  6. Follow Proper Procedure:
    • Disassemble the parts according to the proper procedure to avoid damage. Do not remove parts that are not shown in the replacement procedure[4][5].
