To troubleshoot paper jam errors in the ANY-002 printer, follow these steps:

  1. Identify the Error Message:
    • Check the LCD window for a 'Paper jam' message. This will help you identify where the jam has occurred.
  2. Open the Top Cover:
    • Press the button on the upper part of the printer to open the top cover.
  3. Remove Jammed Paper:
    • Carefully remove any paper that is stuck inside the printer. Ensure that no pieces of paper are left inside.
  4. Check Paper Path:
    • Inspect the paper path for any obstructions or remaining pieces of paper. Ensure that the paper is not touching the paper inlet too closely or the end of the paper is not touching the paper outlet while being discharged.
  5. Close the Top Cover:
    • Once the paper is removed, close the top cover and press down firmly at both sides so that the cover latches closed.
  6. Reset the Printer:
    • Press the 'Reset' button on the right side of the printer. If you want to proceed with the previous work again, press the 'online' button. If you want to cancel, press the 'cancel' button.
  7. Check Sensors:
    • If the paper jam persists, check the sensors for any issues. Replace any faulty sensors if necessary.
